Marquee

Where to find: ` or Toolbox.

How to use: Use rectangular or polygonal mode to marquee an area. Tap “G” to cycle through modes.

There are two modes, definitely not to be confused: Single story and multi-story marquee.

Keep the marquee tool activated to edit / drag elements or use DRAG, ROTATE, MIRROR, MULTIPLY, RESIZE commands to modify all elements with nodes inside the marquee.

INFO > Keep in mind that the multi-story marquee will edit nodes inside the marquee on all model Levels, this might be potentially dangerous. The suspended groups mode will only edit nodes inside the marquee, group mode will edit all groups with a node inside the marquee as a whole.

TIP > COMMAND + A to select all in the area defined by the marquee.
